德明政府中学校友会常年会员大会 Dunman High School Alumni AGM
For the upcoming DHS Alumni AGM & Executive Committee Election, to nominate fellow Dunmanians, the Proposer must complete all sections of the Nomination Form for each candidate to stand for election as a member the Dunman High School Alumni Executive Committee (DHS ExCo).
• Each paid member can propose no more than 2 nominees, and second no more than 2 nominees.
• Submit the following to secretary@dunmanhighalumni.org
(a) the completed Nomination Form (in pdf format); and
(b) the Nominee’s Curriculum Vitae (CV) (in Word Document format)
若会员有意提名候选人，必须在2026年3月22日或之前把完整填妥的提名表格以电邮的方式发给筹委会秘书处。
每位会员将不可为超过两位候选人提名，也不可为超过两位候选人附议。
提名表格上已注明提名的规则。
